Fire Force Vol 10, by Atsugi Ohkubo

After Fire Force Company 8 has discovered the hideout of the White Clad Evangelists, Shinra faces off against his younger brother, Sho who has been kidnapped and brainwashed by them. While battling Sho, Shinra discovers Sho's pyrokinetic abilities are given by the grace of a mysterious hooded figure and allows him to stop time. Shinra attempts to receive this grace by attempting to travel faster than the speed of light to both reveal to Sho their pasts and ultimately defeat him.

Fire Force Vol 10, by Atsugi Ohkubo really highlights Ohkubo's strong storytelling. While creating dynamic and fluid panels that make Shinra and Sho's fight action-packed and quick, he was able to create strong emotional points as can be seen when Shinra restores Sho's memories of the past. The flashbacks transitioning to the present fits perfectly into the fight and doesn't feel tacked on like how other manga can sometimes do. I would even say it is one of the best fights in manga I have read.
