The Housemaid by Freida McFadden

The Housemaid is a psychological thriller by Freida McFadden that follows a woman named Millie who is trying to rebuild her life after a difficult past. She ends up getting a job working as a housemaid for the wealthy Winchester family. At first, the job is promising, until the wife, Nina, begins acting strange and starts treating her poorly, while the husband Andrew is kind and supportive. As Millie continues living in the home, secrets and twists reveal the truth about the Winchester family.

In my opinion, I thought The Housemaid was a very interesting and suspenseful book to read. The author, Freida McFadden, does a great job creating suspense and tension, which makes the reader curious about what will happen next. The switch in point of view halfway through the book was one of my favorite parts, since it was very interesting and helped explain events that happened earlier. Overall, I really liked this book, and would recommend it to people who enjoy mystery or thriller stories.
