Hercule Poirot's Christmas, by Agatha Christie
Hercule Poirot's Christmas is a mystery novel about a wealthy man named Simeon Lee, who decides to gather his whole family for Christmas. Tensions rise quickly, as everyone seems to dislike the old man. The turning point comes when Simeon Lee is found dead in his locked room. The famous detective Hercule Poirot is called to investigate and solve the crime. The story is filled with clues, red herrings, and family drama that keep the reader guessing until the very end.
Hercule Poirot’s Christmas is honestly one of my favorite books, and I really enjoyed reading it. What I liked the most was how Agatha Christie gave so many clues and twists that made me feel like I was the detective myself, trying to figure out the truth. Sometimes it was a little tricky to keep track of all the family members, but that made the mystery even more exciting. I would recommend to take notes of the family members and some characteristics of them to make it easier to read and solve.
