In the second installment of The Liar Society by Laura and Lisa Roecker, we meet Kate Lowry and her hectic life once more. Her life at the elite private school Pemberly Brown is slowly becoming better after her best friend's death until she finds a fortune cookie with a note from Grace. That's a problem. Because Grace? Grace is dead.The secret society that exists within the walls of Pemberly Brown has already taken one life -- Grace's -- and Kate will not stand for her. She will solve the mystery, get answers, and avenge Grace.

As an avid fan of The Liar Society series, this second installment was definitely a page-turner! I couldn't stop reading the book until I finally figured out what happens at the end. It's truly that good. I highly recommend this novel to fans of the mystery genre. The wording is quite simple so it's an easy read that will keep you at the edge of your seat until the very end. The twists and turns will make it a hard one to put down.
