Marked, by P.C Cast + Kristen Cast books are like drugs. You need to keep reading to satisfy your cravings to know what happens next. I have this addiction to this book, i don't know if its good addiction for reading, or its bad because i spent over $50 trying to read them all (i should have gone to the library) but this has so many good plot twists and so much drama! Along with lots of supernatural things. They are great for short reads, i could read one in a day. So be careful. Overall i think they keep dragging this series on, but the story is sooooo good

Teen Speak said…
Marked, by P.C. Cast, is a story about a young teenager Named Zoe who, much like many other teens, was picked to enter a four year transformation period. During this transformation period , these young teens transform from human to vampire. The ones selected enter a school called "House Of Night" where they will learn more about the ways of their new lifestyle and discover more and more about themselves each day. Zoe is faced with alot of social challenges when the normal changes a vampire should go through, are ones she doesn't have. Zoe isn't destined to be just any fledging, but something of a greater power. Between balancing her social life and personal life, Zoe begins to feel like she has been re born and is discovering what life is like as a vampire for the first time.

This novel is one of my favorite books of all time! I actually read it twice. I loved this book so much because it was so easy to relate to. Right from the start, the reader was cracking jokes about things we as normal humans experience day to day. I loved how close I felt from to the characters in this book. When I read it, I felt like I was in their world! To have a writer that can immediately pull you in from start to finish is just remarkable. This story portrays what it is like to be an actual teen, yet doing so being another species. It is very easy to relate to and a perfect mixture of humor, drama, and lusty romance! With just enough mystery to keep you impatiently waiting to turn the page, "Marked" is one for the books!
