Miss Marple: The Complete Short Stories, by Agatha Christieis about a charming old woman who is capable of solving the most mysterious crimes. Miss. Marple is well known for her ability to solve any crime no matter how confusing it may seem. Each chapter in this book presents a seemingly unsolvable mystery where the solutions become crystal clear once Miss Marple arrives. People who first meet her seem to doubt her capabilities, but are then dumbfounded by her skills later on.

 

This is the first Agatha Christie book I have read and I absolutely loved it. Each chapter had me hooked and I adored Miss. Marple’s character. I highly recommend this book because it is fast paced, interesting, and heart felt. People who are eager to discover the genius of Agatha Christie's writing should definitely check this out. Overall, this book was a perfect start to my Agatha Christie reading endeavor and I would definitely recommend it to people who are interested in her writing.
