Trapped by Michael Northrop

Trapped by Michael Northrop is set during a brutal snowstorm that traps several high school students inside their school building. What starts as an unexpected situation quickly becomes dangerous as food, warmth, and communication with the outside world disappear. Told from the perspective of one student, the story focuses on survival, fear, and the psychological pressure of being confined with others under extreme conditions. As time passes, tensions rise and difficult decisions must be made.

I found Trapped to be intense and suspenseful from start to finish. I liked how the author made the setting feel claustrophobic and realistic, which kept me constantly on edge. The story isn’t just about surviving the storm, but also about how fear and stress affect people’s behavior. Some characters frustrated me, but that made the situation feel more real.
