mindfulness for teen worry, by Jeffrey Bernstein, PHD

mindfulness for teen worry, by Jeffrey Bernstein, PHD, is about helping teens with their worries. Teens can face mental health issues, anxiety, bullying, trauma, and self-esteem problems. This book teaches teens healthy coping skills that they can use later in life. There are pages full of advice on how to deal with worry, stress, and shows ways that are unhealthy to cope so that teens can avoid that. This book then goes on to explain what mindfulness thinking is, and all the advantages.

I think this book is such a great resource for teenagers. Teenagers face many obstacles in life as they are still growing and might not be used to certain things. Some teens face family problems, stress from school, fitting in and finding friends, and more. This book really helps kids like that with all their advice for problems that you can solve with mindfulness thinking. As a teenager, I loved this book, it really did help me. I now deal with stress way better, and try to feel less worried.
